Get Paid to Write Articles

 This is an example of one of many ways you can promote your articles written on Associated Content.  Of course thie requires having a web site, or a myspace account or other blogging places.  Any web presence can help, plus if you read this entire page, after I speak about Helium, I explain how to use bookmarks that will also gain you exposure and gained exposure will increase your earnings on either Helium or Associated Content.

There are more ways to earn money online, and some are growing rapidly, and new ideas are continually arising.  Some are better than others, but we will do what we can to help you to be as efficient as possible. Get Paid to write articles is one of the easiest and fastest ways to start drawing in some extra cash.  it is easy because you don't have to build a web site, buy domains, set up hosting accounts, sign up to and promote affiliates and add advertising banners, all you have to do is write with passion and submit your articles, and on this page we'll tell you how, nothing for you to buy, no companies of data entry, this is no BS, if you don't believe what we've told you so far sign up to Associated Content and follow the advice we give you below, and you will start making some extra money. My wife and I are currently making between $200 and $300 per week writing articles on the internet.  Some days we write several articles and some days we don't write at all, but even if we do we always take care of our other web sites first.

Writing Articles

Without being a professional Journalist, you can make money for writing. There are several places you can post your articles, but the best of these so far is Associated Content . They pay from $3.00 to $20.00 per article so you can begin making money almost immediately.  Some tips on posting at Associated content.  Your first article will take about 5-6 days before they make an offer or reject it, (I've not had a rejection yet except for one I posted as exclusive). You have an option of posting your article as an exclusive or non exclusive article.  If you post as exclusive, you are giving Associated Content full rights to your article.  In many cases this is fine, and they will pay you more for it, but there is a catch.  Most articles written AC does NOT want them as exclusive, and if they do not want exclusive rights to your article, it will be rejected. The best bet is to submit your article as NON Exclusive, then they will make you an offer on your article.  If they want your article as an exclusive and you have submitted it as a non exclusive, they will have a post by where the offer is telling you they would offer you more if you submitted it as an exclusive article, so now you have the option of accepting the offer they have given you or resubmitting it as an exclusive knowing that AC is interested in your article and willing to pay more for it.

How do you keep writing articles?  It requires 2 things to be a good writer and pump out content.  You must be opinionated and you must be passionate about something.  If you have these two qualities, then all you need to do is start gonig through articles or even just article titles until you find one that sparks that heat of passion within you, then sit at the keyboard and let it flow.  This morning I got up and the first thing I do every day is go through the in stock products on the web site that I advertise my affiliate products to make sure everything on my web site is in stock at the merchant,  then I submitted 5 articles to AC.  Considering I didn't wake up until 9:30 this morning and I was finished with that work by noon, it isn't a bad day.  5 articles will make me from $20 - $100, so average that over a month and your looking at about a $600 - $3000 income from the articles, add to that my affiliate site, then the advertising, and the art work I have time to work on because I don't tend a full time job for an employer, and what you have is multiple streams of income.

ANOTHER TIP about writing for associated content.  The reason they pay people for articles is because they will then display these articles on web their web site and as people visit and read your article they click on advertisements.  In essence, they want all the articles they can get.  They will not make their money back overnight because most advertisements don't pay that much, however over time they will make their money back. Because they are a large article repository, they have high standing with the search engines when people are searching for informational articles,  they will get traffic based on your keywords.  When you build and advertise web sites you begin to learn the values of certain keywords, and some pay more than others.  A few years ago at the beginning of the Mesothelioma, (asbestos cancer), class action law suits, people were paying $80 - $200 per click for advertising for their law firms.  This is not the case today as the prices have dropped on that keyword drastically, however almost anything in the financial and self improvement areas are prime keywords.  These types of articles should pay more.

DO NOT over populate your article with the keyword, but put it in the title, italicize it once, and maybe include it 2 times for every one hundred words, (including the title and italicized use).  Do NOT copy articles or fall for article rewriter software packages, the search engines and many article places have caught on to these programs and once found out you will likely lose your membership.

Anoher place is Helium

Helium is not a high paying web site for articles, and most people follow the rule of thumb, post your article to Associated Content first, if the article is turned down by them then post it to Helium.  Here's the deal, I posted 6 articles on Helium and in a weeks time I only made 3 cents while AC was paying me $3 - $10 per article.  Then I learned something really valuable and in 3 days that 3 cents went to $1.00, and then I learned more, and what I learned not only increased my earnings at Helium, but it also taught me a lot about the value of articles at Associated Content.

Helium is a nice place to write because you post under a title that has already been created, or you can create your own title if necessary, but if a similar title already exists you will not get your new title request.  That is OK, write under existing titles because you will be ranked by other readers and member of Helium so you can get a good feel for where you stand as a writer.  It encourages you to make sure your articles are well thought out and are writtem in an easy to read and flowing manner. Once you get the hang of expressing your thoughts in an eloquent and lucid fashion, your acceptance to AC writing will increase.  So far not one of my articles have gone unpublished.

Now for my secret, at Helium when you go to your article, underneath your article are some little tiny icons for things like del.icou.s, Diggit, Stumble upon and others.  Sign up to these, then click on each one of them at the bottom of your article and submit your article to each of these.  When sking for a review or a summary of the article, try to write something that will catch peoples interest and make them want to read more.  This will drastically increase your traffic, which increases advertising revenue, which increase your pay.  You can do the same thing in Associated Content, but you go to your MyAccount tab, Click on your View CP page, (after your article has been accepted and published), then in the right column you will see a littel animated banner with some of the same icons in it.  Click on that and start promoting your articles in there.  Your page views will increase and with page views you get performance bonus money. The page views and performance bonus are not updated daily on Associated content, (although this could change), but they do add up.  you get around $1.50 per 1,000 page views, all articles combined.  This may sound like a lot, but some people have written news articles that have received over a million page views.  The internet is big!  I cannot tell you exactly how to become a success, you will learn a lot through trial and error.  You may write on several different topics and notice that some topics they offer you more money for than others.

On Associated Content you can also upload videos and photos, although we've not done this ourselves yet, I believe they offer money for these as well.
