We are a free web site, unlike a lot of ebooks, you will find information here about earning money from home, free of charge. I have a confession, I used to promote a lot of Survey companies, Type at home jobs, home assembly jobs, but I felt guilty.  We paid out a fortune in signing up to these programs, and they are basically a scam.  The only ones getting rich on survey sites now is the owners of the survey sites.  You might get lucky and be one in 10,000 who wins a thousand dollar drawing for completing a survey, but you might as well play the lottery and win a million.  To sell you on one of these programs and making money on it would be like selling you a paper telling you to buy lottery tickets for a chance to win a million. If you do decide to try one of these scams then when you finally realize you've been taken, please come back here and get an honest assesment of how to make money, and get leads that will pay off if you follow their methods.

We are not going to steer you into the scams, if you want to do online surveys and at home typing jobs, be my guest, and best of luck to you.  On the other hand, if you want valuable information on how to really earn money from home, then please read on.  We will give you some tips, and yes there are a couple of books we recommend, but you should read through this web site first and learn.  Everything we talk about on this web site is what we actually do to earn money and we are honestly sharing with you from our experience.

Seven years ago a back injury laid me on my back for 3 years.  I could not work so I had no real job, no insurance, and Social Security denied me as they have about 99% of everyone who needs it now because The SS system itself is failing.  If you have delt with them, you know they doctors lie for the system, the officers read what they want out of your write up so they can selectively shoose why they should deny you.  Anyway, that is another story and another beef.  The bottom line is, I was without work, I have 3 children at home, 1 of which is severely autistic and will always require 24/7 care, my wife is unable to work, and somehow we needed to pay rent and our bills. Walking slowly and painfully on two canes, my sife and I managed to get a motor paper route in town that only took about 1 1/2 hours per day, 6 days per week, and aerned us enough money to pay the rent, then began our search for other sources of income.

I heard about affiliate programs, and we already had a website catering to Gourd Art, so I started focusing on things I was interested in and knew something about, and began setting up affiliate pages where I listed items for sale, that were not even gourd related.  It took about 4 months to catch on, but suddenly I started selling some things from the web site.  I was so excited that we made $120 in one month, I purchased a new domain name at Go Daddy, ( www.GoDaddy.com ), and created a subdomain in which to house this new web site which deals soley with items that are unrelated to Gourds.

Once I started this new domain, I had to get traffic and Christmas season was soon coming, so I began advertising on Google with paid advertisements.  I did not have a clue what I was doing because we could not afford ebooks to teach us how, but even though we made mistakes, we began making money immediately!  You can read more about these successes on the next page, Work at Home
